Purchasing prints

A selection of the black and white photographs featured on this site are available as exclusive traditional silver gelatin prints, which are professionally hand-printed, and signed by Steve Purcell.

Photos for which prints are available are marked in the galleries, and prints of other photos on the site may also be available upon request.

The prints

Every print is made on high quality double weight fibre based paper, and is archivally processed to ensure longevity. Prints are supplied mounted to exhibition standards on museum quality acid free board with a bevel-cut window.

Please note that the exact sizes of prints may vary slightly from those quoted due to the different aspect ratios of film negatives and standard photographic paper sizes; the long dimension is generally unchanged. The dimensions of a mounted print are typically 1.5 to 2 times those of the print itself, and all mount sizes are standard frame sizes.

Prices

The prices charged are in British pounds sterling, and prices in other currencies are provided for informational purposes only. For each print purchased, a total of 15% of the price will be donated to the World Wildlife Fund.

Payment

Following the agreement of an order, secure online payment is possible by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit cards via PayPal, who may also allow other payment means depending on your country of residence. Customers are not charged until their order is shipped.

In order to ensure your satisfaction, if you are not delighted with the photograph you receive, you may return it to us within 30 days of shipping for a full refund.
